Whenever traveling by air, one has to face the gruesome task of checking in. Various Companies have different Check-in policies which make it even more difficult for you to understand the check in process. But that is not the case with Frontier Airlines which offers its guests four different and equally easy options of checking in at Frontier Airlines ensuring minimum hassles and maximum safety for all its guests. Let’s take a look at these check-in options in a bit of detail.

Online Check In

Using this facility you have the option to check in within a window of 60 minutes to 24 hours before the flight even if you don’t print the boarding pass for all Frontier Express and Frontier flights. All you’ll need would be the 6- character check in code to check in with the name as mentioned on the reservation. You can also check in your bags and pay the applicable baggage fees online itself. Once checked in online, you can simply follow “Bag Drop” lines to make the process faster for you letting you reach the security at airport instantly.

Kiosk Check In

This service lets you skip the long queues at the reservation counter and move on to the self serve kiosks where you can check yourself in. All you need to do is enter the six character reservation code, scan your info or swipe an ID or credit card. Once done, you will have your itinerary, boarding pass and will be able to check bags.

Curbside Check In

This check in service lets you take your boarding pass, get the bags checked and pay the necessary pass and reach the security easily. This service is currently available at Kansas City, Denver, Milwaukee and Washington.

Service Counter Check In

If you are one of those people who like to do things the traditional way, we always have the counter check-in where our staff ensures that you don’t have to face any unnecessary problem as they help you check in. We also have special Priority Check-in Lanes for Summit or Ascent members of our EarlyReturns® offer and all Classic Plus ticket Holders.

Irrespective of the type of check in you go for, make sure you are checked in at least 30 minutes before the departure in case of domestic flights and 60 minutes before in case of international flights. You should be checked in and ready at the gate at least 10 minutes before the departure. So, it is advisable to reach the airport at least 2 hours prior to your flight to avoid ant inconvenience.
